Our Factory
Our factory can meet the performance requirements of different types of superplasticizer mother liquor, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of Raw Materials for production superplasticizer mother liquor, 50,000 tons of polycarboxylate superplasticizers. Fully automatic computer control, ISO standardized management. The water reducing agent produced by the company can produce about 30 million cubic meters of concrete every year. There are nearly 50 concrete admixture manufactures in the world that have technical cooperation with our company, because our R&D capabilities are fast, problem-solving capabilities are strong, and product quality is stable. R&D center
The company’s R&D center is located in Vietnam Institute for Building Materials (VIBM). The R&D is jointly guided by the professional leaders of the polymer majors and the cement & concrete majors of the Material Institute. There are 10 R&D personnel, including 2 doctors and 4 masters. In various problems of concrete, Development of different types of concrete admixtures for improving the properties of concrete. The products can meet various performance requirements of concrete construction and pouring at temperatures of 50 degrees Celsius and -25 degrees Celsius. The number of R&D experiments of our company ranks among the top in Vietnam, and the data obtained from the experiments supports the application of engineering projects.
